As the title says ive lost one centercap on my 2003 f150 4x4 xl.I replaced it with a ebay hubcap that was exactly like the original but maybe 1 or 2 ounces lighter. Before anybody says anything i tried the cap on a different wheel so its not that.Im willing to try 1 more time but thats it.I was thinking of using a adhesive of some type to give it extra hold?

I have done that before as I watched my caps go flying down the road next to me, what I did is wrapped a small piece of rubber tape around the tab that snaps into the wheel.

Basically not well thought out design so it fails. Not just a Ford thing, many manufactures make crap. Suggest finding another cap that you like and replace all four, or get new wheels

Actually ive only lost the 2 since 2003 or somebody liked them better than me.If it happens again their all coming off and never going on again!I will blow 16 bucks for a new one .I would be better off maybe with a ford original but i will rot in hell before i pay 85 bucks .
