Can you help me to find a pick up for towing my boat of 12 meters ?

Are you sure on the length? 3.3ft (roughly) per meter puts you around 39ft long. If that's correct you're well out of the territory of a 1500 series pickup truck. Time to upsize, dramatically. Probably 3500 series with dualies provided you're not oversize on the beam at which point you may just want to look at a slip or commercial hauler.

what does the boat on the trailer with all the gear and stuff weigh?

then compare towing ratings.

a 12 meter boat could be an inflatable, or it could be a sail boat or an express cruiser

a typical 12 meter boat cruiser style boat will weigh in about 32000# dry (14515kg), add to that the 8000# (2720kg) of trailer plus gear, fuel, etc and your total weight of well over 40000# is well over the towing rating of even a 1 ton diesel pickup which runs out at about 31000# (14000kg) Max. PERIOD.

your looking at a specialized tow vehicle. maybe a F550 or F650 with a goose neck 5th wheel.
