Get a 5 gallon pail and add 4 gallons warm water. Stir in a shovelful of good dirt, add a cup of molasses and stir it well. Pitch with a quarter cup og yeast and sit in the sun for a day.
Make a well in the middle of your pile and gradually pour into the well. the well will keep the mix from running out and down the side.
A 5 gallon pail will do two of my bins. You can adjust depending on the size of your pile(s)
