I am having an issue figuring out the right code solution for this vehicle.
It is an 1989 van we use for work and I have a idle surge hard start when hot issue-350 (5.7?) OBD1 code 18 X 2 a 52 and a 44.
I think it is a 02 sensor and the sender for temperature for the oil and 18 is???

You may want to try cleaning the IAC out. When I had my GM van the IAC kept getting clogged up. I could take it out and clean everything up but it would do it again. I finally bought the gasket for it that has the screen and never had an issue again.
