I thought a place to post pics of the extra projects we do around the shop or where ever might catch on and be some fun. Just a spot to show what you are doing/building/working on.

For example, i ended up with another freebie and needed an engine stand for it. So i used up some scrap metal laying around and made one. Nothing pretty but it is holding up the motor.

184 patio brick, hope the heat and humidity are lowere where ever ya call home port.

Worked on prepping for 10CuYd concrete slab pour next week. Drank 3L+ of water in less then 7hrs and was still parched at 3p when I got off. Sweated thru 2 shirts before and another after lunch. Partly overcast w a little breeze, still sweating buckets w high humidity here

Neighbors hot water tank swap is on tap for today

Boat work? Yeah, I need to do some boat work too. Not this weekend......

yeah some friends took out their brick patio. Got them for a reasonable cost, Wife wants to put them in our yard.....Just bought the house, and it begins.......lol..
Low 70's today, but not much breeze, I'd rather be on the lake.

Why? You can still see some of the concrete floor. Mine right now is long past that point. May be we need a new catagory so every one can post pictures of their shop to see which one is worst. I hope there will be a prize for first place as I am sure I would be the winner.

I bet i can give you a run for your money. That was just the usable portion of the three "shops" i have here. The other two are full

I love a challange. These pictures are of the latest building I just built a year ago. I also have a 32x48 shop, a 20x24 shop, a small barn, and a corn crib full on another property I own 25 miles up the road. One shop at a time but there may be bonus points for multiple buildings.

A couple of hours at my Saturday morning flea market, then my daily 20 mile bicycle ride, back home to mow the grass, cooking BBQ pork butt roast for supper, short roll in hay with boss-lady....life is pretty good for this old man!....

Actually that mower comes out easy. The trailer attached to it is only a couple of feet from the door. It is a 1970 Bolens and gets used almost every day. I put my chain saws or what ever other tools I am using that day and take it right to where I will be working. Behind that sheet of OSB in the picture is another one just like it but it is a 1966 model. Getting it out now would be an all day job. My house sits in the middle of 25 acres of woods and I have less than an acre of grass to cut. If it gets to long no body will notice since it is only visible from the air :D

As for my friends kids car...

He is visiting from out of state, so we patched up the bumper cover w/ some galvanized sheet and rivets. We have a new radiator assembly and condensor showing up this morning and will install and hopefully get him on his way.

Forgot the pic but the car is now out of state and on its way home. Hit a deer and running safely for less than 300. Gotta be a world record. Granted, it was just a fawn but still....
