Order not complete, but anyway the money was cashed on my credit card

Hi, I have a problem, I'm from Colombia, I tried to place an order, but then the billing address message doesn't match, the problem is that even the money was cashed in my credit card, What I need to do to fix this issue and the order would sent?

I don't know. The store and forum are separate websites, but I did notify the store administration. They will contact you to find out what happened.
