Photo Won't Upload - What's the File Size Limit?

Tried to upload a single photo, jpeg, 2.21 mb size. Got some weird message. Old Board used to tell me it was too big and show the size limits for various file formats.

So, what's the current size limit for a jpeg? And, if I have a bigger file, how can I upload it (without a phd in CS)?

The upgrade caused some issues with attachments.......... the best thing to do is get a free account at photo bucket or another free image hosting site, then all you have to do is copy/paste the IMG code.
