I have two uncles that flew P-51s in support of the fight. Neither are with us now.
Another uncle was aboard landing craft in the fight in the Pacific. He is still alive, but does not talk of those landings.

Never forget that day or those that stood up to defend freedom.

I will never forget, it was a topic of conversation many times while I was in the service and when my Grandfather died, we spread his ashes in Pearl Harbor.
