Never seen an aluminum tree....

We have a whole grove of aluminum trees here in Las Cruces, New Mexico. I drive by it often. I don't have any idea how they harvest the metal from the trees.

I have owned boats built of all three materials and have to say wood is still king. 1st boat I ever owned was a 13' plywood runabout that had an 18hp Evinrude on it. That was a long, long time ago.

Too funny, I decided to just get one of each, so now I have a glasser and a tinny, and I love em both. No problem talking either side here, heck they are all boats!
