Saw it earlier today and a couple of sources are saying it's credible. If it is a Photoshop job it is much more "cute" than they normally tend to pass off (typically they make 'em kinda' gross looking).

Shenanigans. Its a human eye and not a shark one. My guess is that its a glass eye inserted skillfully while the real eyes are being obscured by the hand. Here's a real shark's eye:
