I recently purchased one of these from Bass Pro Shops and had a problem with it after a couple of weeks. I called ProMariner expecting a long drawn out process - not at all, they shipped me a replacement in 5 days - told me to wait until I got the replacement and provided a free shipping label to return the old one. They have great customer service, and stand behind their product in case anyone was considering one of these.
