In 180 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series starts, Patrick has zero wins, zero top-fives and seven top-10 finishes. She captured the pole -- the only pole of her Cup career to date -- for the 2013 Daytona 500. Her best finish was sixth at Atlanta Motor Speedway in 2014.

She has a good Q score, but as a sponsor nothing speaks louder than winning.

As long as Danica had sponsors, she was safe, even with her record because of the notoriety of a woman Cupper with some spunk. Her throwing a helmet or confronting another driver was good for business.

Wonder about Kurt? He has no sponsor other than some small Monster deal. Haas has been financing the #41 since he joined and it's been announced he wasn't offered a new contract. Wondering if SHR is on firm financial footing?

Silly season continues, wonder who might get that one, after the news I saw today, The King was NOT happy with Smithfield and fired right back at them, it will be interesting to see what Bubba can do with a full time cup ride.

I heard a rumor that Matt has been offered a job as a Ambulance driver for next season!

Close enough to wanting to be a fireman when he grew up. LOL

Nurse Danica can ride in the back and both of them can settle some scores on the way through the infield care center if the right drivers get in the back.

Can't say that is shocking news ... her results speak for themselves. Her firyness made her a good commodity, but as her tirades cooled and her driving didn't improve, she lost out in popularity and sponsorship appeal. Her yoga poses could only attract so many fans, and alienate those fans wives ... yep, not surprised....

It's all about sponsors or lack of them. More and more are dropping out by choosing to spend their ad dollars in a wiser fashion. With falling ratings, viewers and attendance, Nascar isn't worth what it used to be.

Look at all the team sponsors that have left this year alone and how long it took Nascar to tie up with Monster. Nascar better listen to the message.
