New to me 140hp Johnnyrude it rebuilt and sitting on the boat. It is running on the muffs for initial break-in. Next step is the water ... hoping that maybe that can happen tomorrow. If not, it will be next week I hope. Gotta get her broken in so I can see if the additional 25HP makes any difference ...

Only a box full of extra parts ... and removed the kicker motor since the 50 gal tank will soon be straight gas (new VRO pump on motor) and that would not work so well on the 9.9 ... So, yep, lots of parts left over!

Thats why there,s so many parts in a outboard ,so if you have a couple left over your still good.
