USA vs CAN. WJH

It was actually a great game and was available all over Canada I believe. Congrats to the USA on the gold medal. I love watching the world juniors but the one and only thing I detest about them is that any game in the quarter finals on can be decided by a shoot out. It's not like there is no ice time available at this stage of the tournament. My humble opinion is that these games should be decided by a real goal just like the NHL playoffs. This is not sour grapes by the way. I would be posting the same response if Canada had won. Back in 2010 when USA beat Canada 6-5 in overtime with a real goal in the final was tough to see but they won fair and square. Shootout is a crappy way to win a world championship. However it is still great hockey to watch. Looking forward to the next one.

Finally got home after 10 days on the road, I was able to watch the game and all I can say is all those young guys played their hearts out for all 3 periods and OT.
