Curious to know how you'd react?

Maybe better only in hindsight. That's the problem, the line between over reaction and under reacting is thin and one only knows in hindsight. Completely odd that I ran into him yesterday, the odds of that have to be equivalent to a powerball win. Glad I did as I feel better about not doing more. We'd all hate to be the one who comes up short at the wrong time.

sub, I would just keep a watch on him if he is ever on another camping outing. And any questionable reaction, I would be on the phone to the police... I think you did the right thing and should be proud of how you handled it. I know I would have called the police and things would have been quite different... Maybe not the correct thing to do... :noidea: What IF's will always haunt us and make us wonder...

Pretty sure it's BSA policy for such events to be reported to the Scout Executive of the council your Pack is in.
