I've been there 64 when the better half had a bad one in the 90s. Good to see your daughter is doing better and is stable.. My condolences to her boyfriend's family, your daughter and friends. Bones will heal, the brain is such a mystery. Before my wife had her accident she could read a novel in a couple of evenings but was never good at math. After her accident she could do math in her head but couldn't read any more than a paragraph or two without having to stop. Took about a year to get it back. Praying for a speedy recovery.

Continued progress for my darling daughter.

Numbers keep improving and they pinned her thigh back together today.

It is going to be slow and steady to win this race, but she is strong and doing what is needed.

That is good news.

Also going thru this with my neighbor. Her brother fell from a ladder 30' and landed on concrete. They just finally took him off life support after 4 weeks. He is 46. Prayers for all.
