Fletcher 14 ski pole fitting

Hi

I've been searching the tinterweb for a ski pole to fit to my fletcher.. Does anyone have any advise as to where and how to fit a ski pole to a 14' Fletcher?

Also does anyone know of a good place to buy a ski pole or should I look at making one?

I'm in the UK so a UK supplier would be good unless I can get international shipping..

www.overtons.com they have a few different ones I bought the adjustable one and it works really well they ship anywhere.
