Don't know much about wake towers looking to buy a boat like this, so my question is would this work as a tower? The boat is 33 foot, could a tower be mounted on it? I'm wanting to get something to take off shore to fish and scuba dive out of but thought the tower would be fun for the kids, biggest boat I've ever owned was 18' but grew up around Bayliners

That looks to be fibreglass and that would be disastrous as a tower. 33' is really big for most water sports and you'll eat a boatload of fuel each time you are out. Towing a tube from the transom would be fine. Wake boarding would not be fun.
That said, you can certainly mount a conventiona wakel tower on a 33' boat and even mount a Bimini on that tower..

That will not work as a tower. Not the most ideal boat for adding a tower. Just use the transom to pull. It's how we always did it in the old days.

That boat is high enough off of the water that you don't need a tower. Use the transom mount.
