motor toter aka tilt arm?

I have a 25 hp Johnson that I have been using this tilt arm while towing. (see picture) I cannot seem to find a new one or even a used one. Do any of you know the manufacture or name that I can search for it. A motor toter does not work well on my trailer as I have to get under the boat to attach it.

Chrysler used to use these on their 55 and bigger engines. I think you would be lucky to find one on ebay. If you know a welding shop have them bend one for you out of the appropriate thickness stainless or high strength aluminum.
