Smaller diameter grease seal?

I just got a new (to me) boat and trailer. Trailer looked great until I took the hubs off to replace the bearings. One side was ok, but the other side it looks like the spindle has been rusting for quite some time and is now a slightly smaller diameter... because of this a standard 1.719" grease seal doesn't fit it snug. Any idea if they make a seal just a tiny bit smaller to get tight on there?

3500# torsion axle with 1-1/16" & 1-3/8" bearings.

Thanks.
