Bow roller height uneven

I bought an 18ft viking deck boat and there are 4 bow rollers on the trailer. The front 2 touch the hull and the rear 2 are 4-6 inches below the hull. Should these be touching the hull too or has a previous owner purposefully lowered the rear 2 to allow for easier launch or trailering? Drewmaster
