SAFETY CHAINS - Please Read

Spring is coming ( it will eventually get to the East Coast they say )
And in to Summer when roadsides are full of dry grass in out of the way areas.
As a retired firefighter I feel I have to say;
Please make sure your Safety Chains don't come close to dragging and sparking and causing a Wildfire.
Twist them to shorten and/or use a bungy to snub them up to the tongue.

Thanks for reading.

Example: They are on the ground now but when attached to the tow vehicle they do not drag. I don't do it out of any environmental consciousness, I simply want them to be full strength if I need them. And if the rust gets any worse, they will be replaced.
