I have a gal cross member that is rotted out 54" 3x3 I can't seem to find this part any where any help would be greatly appricated

Your local metal fab or machine shop can make one and probably cheaper than a factory part.

I had to order one for a 20 year old trailer; the part that came, twice, was wrong and we had to do some mods. I think it was about $80. So good idea about making a new one, although the bends may be tricky. See if you can get them to galvanize the inside, or at least paint it.
