Does a B78 -13ST tire size = ST175/80D-13? All I could find on my tire was that number, so far it looks like it is the same as a ST175/80D-13 tire.

Is this correct?

Thanks Jeff. That helps. Hopefully I can find some decent tires that wont break the bank.

Re: 78 -13ST tire size

All I was able to find in town is a load range B tire. Mine were load range C. I believe it is rated to 1150 pounds. I'm assuming that should be more then ok since my boat weights less than that. How does that work with the tire weight. Is it figured that you split the weight between the tires? So a set of 1150 pound tires can carry 2300? Or is it just that...1150 pounds for your trailer.

The load rating is per tire.
