Right Size Tires to replace my E78-14 Trailer Tires?

I recently purchased a Load Rite trailer that has E78-14 tires on it. I looked at several trailer part websites and can not find them. Even if I use the other size of 195 75 14.<br /><br />I was told I could just purchase F78-14 or <br />205 75 14 tires and they would fit on the rims I have that the E78-14 tires are on.<br /><br />I need to also buy a spare tire which I will just buy a F78-14 already on a rim.<br /><br />Any help would be greatly appreciated.<br /><br />Thanks

I looked it up the rim size for the both the E78 and F78. They are both 5.5 inches so I am assuming that an F78-14 will fit on the rim that my E78-14 is on.<br /><br />Anyone know if this is exactly right?<br /><br />Thanks again,

that size will fit alright just a little taller put one on the trailer and let the weight down on it and see if you have enough clearence between the fender well and tire for road bounce

What is the difference in overall height of a F78 and E78?<br /><br />I know the F78 is 10mm wider than the E78. I did not know it was taller.

if memeory serves me rite around 1/2 to 3/4 inches taller
