Anyone have one of these? It is a relatively new product, but seems like a great idea. For those not familiar with it, it is an electric over hydraulic system that goes in place of the surge brake actuator, getting a signal instead from a standard electric brake controller. Supposedly gives more braking power. There are several companies that make such a product, but this one is targeted at the boating world... Anodized aluminum construction, etc.

Any experience would be appreciated

They are supposed to be the best out there. I have one on a new three axle, and it works just fine - I requested that specific unit be installed
Randy Roe

Randy,

Are you set up with disc or drum brakes on the trailer? Sounds like a heavy rig with three axles.
