I got a new powerwinch and put it on my trailer. Worked fine but I didn't like the little rope so I replaced it with webbing which rolls on smoothly. Only problem, now the winch won't pull the boat up on the trailer. It turns but, when it gets some real pressure on it, it just goes round and round but doesn't retrieve the boat. Figure it is the clutch. I can't find the manual that came with it. Need some advice. Bought it on eBay so returning to store isn't going to be easy. It is a Model 20 by Carefree of Colorado. Any advice on making it work?
