welcome aboard

if this is for registration purposes, you either A - pull the boat off the trailer and weigh it on a certified scale and get that weigh printed, or B - contact the manufacturer of the trailer with the VIN and they send you an email of the trailer weight.

for general discussion, a typical tandem under a 20' will be about #1200

Just to add to what Scott said . . . sometimes there is enough information on the VIN decal to determine the weight of the trailer itself.

The ID tag on the trailer will typically list the GVWR (gross vehicle weight rating) with a number of different tire sizes. That number is the maximum weight of the trailer and the boat and everything IN the boat. Look at the tire to determine what you have. Look at the tag for the GVWR. Now look for the maximum PAYLOAD or LOAD CAPACITY which is the maximum load the trailer can handle. Subtract that number from the GVWR and you have the weight of the trailer. A tandem trailer for a 20 foot boat will likely have two 3500# capacity axles and a GVWR or 7000# (3500 x 2). Subtract the LOAD CAPACITY from that number and you have the trailer weight.
