Hoosier TA725N slide tubes stuck

i have a Hoosier TA725N and i can't get any info on it even from Hoosier i beleive the trailer is stuck in the up postion the slide tubes won't go in when i released
the winch cable i don't no if theres something i am not seeing that has to be released or the tubes are stuck and not going in can anyone help me thanks

Not to familiar with toon trailers, but I'd think there should be a locking pin someplace to keep it in position when loaded. Relying on just the cables is not safe.

thats what i thought but can.t see any type of pin any where

Did a bit of looking and appears these trailers raise and lower to launch. So the pic of your trailer shows its in the launch and load position (all down). The inset pic is one full up. So is the trailer not going up?

the thing is they don't show where the saftey pins are if there are any i have looked every where

i did try Hoosier they couldn't tell me anything about the trailer you would think they made it they would no about it
