Anyone know any secrets for keeping bearing buddies on?

spot weld 3 places 120 degree spacing.......guaranteed not to come off! 1 minute with an angle grinder if you need to remove them.

TieDown hubs, they were coming off....more than just one hub....Kodiac hubs..never come off. Same exact Bearing Buddy part numbers. To me, that tells me it's the hub.

It could be the tolerance problem but I would suspect a difference in materials (Coefficient of Expansion) or a thinner bore wall (reduced mass) might actually be the culprit if what you say is true.

Not sure what it is. Will never buy another thing from TieDown again. This is just one of many problems with that company.
