Trailer Spring and Axle Bolts

Good afternoon, I am just getting some stuff ready for this weekend... I plan on installing new springs and axles, as well as electric brakes on my tandem boat trailer. The bolts I took off were pretty bad, some stripped and some I grinded off... I was curious as to which type of bolts I should be replacing them with... I'm assuming some type of hardened steel, any idea where to get special ones...? Thanks, I just want to make 100% sure everything is safe and secure...

Thanks a lot guys! Take care!

I've always just used grade 5 bolts for spring hangers. If you are in salt then you likely want Stainless rather than normal steel.

I went with galvanized. Stainless bolts( unless 17-4PH) have almost no strength
