The trailer was already a little bent but not the bunk.. is this safe im traveling 10km each weekend in summer... or i need a new trailer...note i using a 6000lb demco brake tongue but the trailer fuel and water and boat weight total about 7200pound lbs... i wrote to demco they said its not the best but it can handle if driving slowly

You need a bigger trailer. It bent more on this trip. It'll only get worse.

You are 20% over the max weight the manufacturer says the trailer is rated for.... Who are we to say otherwise..... OF COURSE you need another trailer.

That is an odd way to mount the bunks. Mine and all the others I have seen have long bunks toward the center and medium length toward the outside.
