Trailer tongue lights

Hey guys, been away from the forums for a while as I have been out of boating for different reasons, but recently purchased a 96 Bass Tracker TX 17. Noticed the marker lights on the tongue wasn't working and when I pulled them off I discovered they weren't plugged in to anything and I can't locate anything inside the frame to connect to. I pulled the coupler off and shined my light down the tube and other than the wires leading to the tail lights it's clean. Any ideas or info is greatly appreciated and I will try to attach a pic of the plug. Thanks again!

Find the brown wire (tail lights) and splice.

Someone has rewired and didn't address those lights.

Just tap into the (+) on the existing running lights.

I don't see any real problem here. Just tie into the running light wire AND ground and it is fixed. That is what anybody would do replacing trailer lights. And since they were never connected up. They should look nice and bright as well.... :thumb:
