In browsing the net for home built boats I stumbled on the "Duck Punt" a brutally simple yet attractive flat bottomed Sail and rowing craft with no center board, guided with a stumpy oar or sometimes nothing.Lots of videos including sailing up and down down a narrow tide flooded causeway.Lifting
the boats over the side rails. Fun seeing a flooded car and an individual riding his bike in a foot of water.Not to mention sailing in next to no water.
The boats seem to respond well in light wind.They wear knee high boots so they can get out if necessary to handle the boats
in cold weather.
