Yamaha 1100 Waverunner III or 701 Waveraider Deluxe?

I've found a couple of different machines in similar shape, one's a '95 Waveraider and the other a '96 Waverunner, 701 and 1100 cc respectively.
Pros and cons of both, or one over the other? Riding will normally be my wife and myself cruising Table Rock and other lakes.

The 701 is a dog 63hp but reliable.....Get the 1100 (110hp) very reliable motor and will easily pull a skier (if you want)....Both motors are fairly cheap to replace but the 1100 is worth more in terms of resale......you will grow out of the 701 fairly quickly........

You sure the wave runner isnt the 701??? I've never known a waverunner III to come with anything bigger than a 701 and the raider was available with the 1100
