Mercury jet drive 175 XR2, 1998, leaking fuel through carbs

Any help is appreciated;

motor runs fine once hot, but needs ether to start up. Have had fuel leaking through carbs and eventually into the water after shutdown.

had one carb repaired with new float valves and needles.

Planning on redoing the other 2 now since fuel continues to leak out.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Also , the link to the service manual posted on other threads only shows the first 5 pages, the cover.

Does anyone have the part numbers for the needle valve assembly kit.

Yes , rebuild all carbs and make sure they're synchronized. Crowleymarine.com and marineengine.com have parts diagrams online that you should be able to find what you need.
I'm not sure your serial number..... but this should get you headed in the right direction:
