I have a 1993 waverunner yamaha 650, few quick questions. It died on lake, the start button wont work but if i hook it up to the relay where all the wires are direct to starter it cranks great. Battery is completely shot and that worked though jumper cables and truck. So after we got it to crank it wasnt getting gas to carb, dumped a little gas in and got it to start. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Does the start button not work if battery is completely dead even if i jump battery cause it was soooo bad? Or is it just the solenoid, if so where is that located and can you buy those from napa? Second, is the fuel pump electronic in these and in the gas tank? Why wouldnt it get gas? I am very good with engine but never worked on a jet ski and am going by today to fix it for him so any information would help me wrap this up.
