Im having the same problem as "steveclv". I've tried to remove the carbs but was only able to remove one bolt. I'm scared if i put additional presure on the other three bolts they will break.

1. What suggestions to get the bolts removed without breaking them.
2. What if i removed the fuel lines coming into the carbs and sprayed cleaner in each location to desolve/remove build-up obstruction(s)? Could/Would that have any value or could i damage something?

Thanks

VERY delayed response sorry. ended up unbolting intake manifold with carbs attached cutting heads of bolts holding carb in and pried the carb off the intake enough to saw the bolts loose. Cut bolts as close to the carb as possible not damaging the carb or intake . PAIN IN THE ... anyway got the carbs off rebuilt and back on. take your time!!!!!! hope this helps.
