i hope that this system draws in enough coolant on it,s own...had it running with a cooler full of antifreeze above the waverunner...does enough go through...does this make sence what i,m saying?

Nice try but it will not work, use a big funnel and a hose connected to the place where the water would normally be sent from the pump, let gravity pull it in then re attach the pump hose and start the engine at an idle for a minute most of the antifreez will blow out but if there is any water that stands in the block it will remain there and thats all you need to do.

yes but that can get plugged up so a good blast of compressed air in the inlet hose should clean it out .
