I have a 1996 Sea-Doo that got last year that had some issues running at low RPM. It seems to lag at low RPM then takes off at around mid range. Sometimes it will bog down and cut off when you hit the throttle and you have to feather it in to get it to run. I assume it is a carburetor issue. Are they fairly easy to clean or rebuild? I appreciate any help. Thanks

The carbs are easy enough to remove, clean and reinstall. From the sound of your issue, this should help. Also check your fuel pump, so that its not leaking.
