Won't start. I have spark, good compression, new fuel. When I open the gas cap I hear a long powerful woosh? I installed a block off plate and converted to premix. This ski was given to me as a barter for landscaping work. I have never used it. It started up on land last year twice....I shut it down after three seconds. New plugs. Fresh 93 octane. 16 ounces of oil in five gallons fuel with 3/4 ounce startron. 40:1 mix/3.2 oz to a gallon. I put a few drops mixed fuel in carbs through cover ports and thought that would do it but no dice
