boat is a 94 crownline 182br with the 4.3l. max rpm 4400-4800
I recently bought a used ss quicksilver mirage 19p 48-13700a41 prop. If I try to use the thrust washer it pushes the prop to far out. If I remove the washer it seats down fine against the tapered part of the shaft and nothing rubs. There is not a washer stuck to the bottom of the prop. Without the thrust washer to much of the splined shaft sticks through and I would need a spacer between the prop and castle lock washer. Is it ok to run it like this or is this the wrong prop? Was told it would work on my sterndrive.
