Do I have correct replacment prop for Alpha one drive 3.0, how do I install if I do?

I purchased Solas Amita #1511-145-19 Aluminum Boat Propeller,
When removing my current prop, it is a flo torque thrust master II design.

The new Solas will fit the shaft, but I cannot tighten the hub nut to 55lb torque, without locking the propeller,
to where it does not turn freely, or as free as the original.

My question is do I have the correct propeller for this design?
If I do, how do I tighten the nut and allow the propeller to turn freely?

Here's a link for the old inserts and washers ,check Solas for correct washers and inserts .They have the Solas kits for sale on here .

sounds like you are missing the thrust washer that goes on before the prop.

Mitzyman, you are coorect, I went to you tube and figured it out, it was stuck to original prop.
Put it on and fits fine.
