My prop spun on the rubber hub today and lost all power. I am curious if there is a repair for this issue or is it garbage now?

Hub replacement is a normal procedure for a prop shop.If this is a OMC I/O you may have an issue with the drive coupler.
If it is the coupler you may smell rubber burning.
You may want to draw a water proof line across the hub and test run.
I believe the Electric shift uses a shear pin or drive pin.Check it.
Typically a spun hub will work up to a certain power total failure is unusual.

It's definitely the hub. If I go past 1000 rpm it goes nowhere and the engine revs and acts a slipping clutch. I also am able to spin the prop and watch it spin around the rubber.

If your prop is the age of the motor and looks it you may want to try a new prop.
Props do wear and a new prop may be more sophisticated than the original.
