I need a prop recommendation for a 2004 Regal 2465, with the stock 5.0 L it had a VP DPS DP F3 in SS, but now the boat is powered with a 5.7 L and has extra power to spare.

Same drive? If the same, have you tried it with your current F3 set? What is your WOT?

Same VP sterndrive, with the current F3 I hit the rev limiter. I would have to do some research on the WOT.

If you are on the rev limiter at full throttle(WOT) then you need to go up in pitch, next step in your case would be F4's. It is hard to gauge if you could go up 2 steps to F5's without knowing the RPM the engine could hit if no rev limiter, so to be safe then an F4 set is next for you to try out. I know how expensive it is with those props to try out different sets.

This may help. I have a Larson Cabio 260 which weighs 6,500 lbs. It came with a 5.7 gxi and duo-prop with F6's. At this set up my w.o.t. was 3900 r.p.m. I called Larson and they sent me a set of F4'S. I now run at 5,000 w.o.t. and use 7.6-8.0 g.p.h. at cruising speed of 3,400 r.p.m.
