thrust washer

hey guys just received my new prop that Ive order from Iboats today its a 9 .25 9" solas. Ive try installing it using the old thrust washer and it doesnt seem to fit. Although it fit but it doesnt fit flush. Have anybody have this problem. Ive aready tried contacting Iboats but they dont know. I need help, any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. So do I need to buy a after market thrust washer or can I just install the prop with out one, Its for my 15 hp johnson. Sodo i really need a thrust washer or not?

Can't install without thrust washer. You need the correct one. order it.
