Proper torque for Volvo Penta DP SM Prop nuts

I have a (yr)2000 DP SM volvo Penta Duoprop.
Need the correct prop nut torque specs for the inner prop and outer prop nut. I've seen everything from 30 Ft LB to 75 to 85.
Drive model# 3868913 1:95 Ratio

Second part to this question. The prop nuts are a self locking type. How many times should these be reused or should they be replaced every time the prop is removed?

No torque wrench needed. Just grease the shaft before you put the props on, and just make them tight. You should not have to replace the nuts in your lifetime.
