82 Galaxie OMC 3.0L 140 hp Prop size

Just bought this boat. It has a 13-1/2d x 15p alum prop. Pretty beat up prop that i think needs replacement. Don't know if this is original to the boat. Iboats website shows it is one of the optional props for this model. Will dual use this boat for skiing/tubing, fishing and cruising. Would like to improve performance if possible on the replacement both on hole shot and WOT. Spec says 4200 to 4600 but havent tried to take it to that yet with the damaged prop. Reading earlier threads I saw recommendation on a neutral or stern lifting prop. Do you agree? Do you need more info from me to make a recommendation? Would you recommend a ss over alum for this setup? Some reading implies ss is overkill for this setup. Live in La so a lot of shallow water. Looking at the Solas titan or Solas Saturn. Are either of these neutral or stern lifting? Thank you for your time and response.

What size is the boat? I wonder about a 15" though perhaps the omc uses a smaller prop.

I believe that the OMC "400" stern drive uses the same props as a like year OMC V-4 outboard motor; the reason for the 13.5 diameter prop.

Boat is 16'-4". Prop dia is 13-1/2, pitch is 15"

I'm going to suggest a Solas Amita(aluminum) 13-1/4 X 17 pitch for a decent all around prop for your stated purpose(s).

The number is 2411-133-17. Since your motor is a 1982, I'm not sure if it can pull a 19 pitch and still provide decent hole shot for water sports.

You might find a Doel Fin useful in planning your boat off in half the time; handy for water sports.
