1962-63 Mercury 60/6hp Propeller

Picked up this engine about a month ago, and after going through it and getting it up and running, I took it to the lake yesterday. Engine runs greats. However, it didn't move the boat. After getting home, found that the prop hub had come loose, allowing it to just spin.

I have no clue if this can be repaired. If not, where can I find a replacement? What kind of prop do I need?

If there are no parts missing a prop shop may be able to press in a new hub cushion.
