I have a 1975 starcraft runabout with a 6 cyl volvo penta 270 out drive that i use for watersports with a few problems.
1. i have two switchs to lower and raise my out drive one is tilt the other is trim. the tilt will raise and lower the out drive but the trim doesnt seem to be working?
2. there is a gage for the trim but it doesnt move?
3. there is a pin that the out drive connects too when its down there are three holes i could put the pin in. which is best?
4. i am in need of a new prop but i dont know my rpm range? or if i have a long or a short hub?
